What to send us
These four things let us give you a useful answer immediately rather than a range so wide it is meaningless.
A photo of the space
Wide enough to show the whole room, including the ceiling. If it is an existing bathroom, include the shower area and any drain.
Rough dimensions
Width, depth and ceiling height. Approximate is fine — ceiling height matters more than people expect, because heater and generator sizing is based on volume.
Sauna, steam or both
If you are not sure, say so. The difference in build cost is significant and we would rather help you decide than quote the wrong thing.
Villa, apartment or commercial
This drives the approval route and usually the electrical constraints, which are the two things most likely to change what is possible.

What is the fastest way to get a price?
WhatsApp a photo of the space with rough dimensions. You will usually get an indicative range the same day, before anyone visits.
Is the site survey free?
Yes, anywhere in Dubai and Sharjah. For the further emirates we will usually still absorb it if the project is proceeding.
How soon can you visit?
Typically within 48 hours for Dubai and Sharjah. Other emirates are scheduled around existing site blocks in that area.
Do you handle emergency callouts?
Yes for existing clients and maintenance contract holders. For a failed heater or generator, send a photo of the rating plate first — it lets us bring the right part instead of making two visits.
