Steam room supplier in Dubai
Steam room supply is mostly a sizing exercise. The generator has to match the room volume and the tile finish, and if that calculation is wrong the room never works properly no matter how well it is built. We supply the equipment and we do the calculation, because supplying a generator without one is setting a contractor up to fail.
Beyond the generator we supply the whole wet package: steam heads, sealed glass doors and seals, digital controls, aromatherapy dosing, chromotherapy lighting, waterproofing membrane systems and tanking tapes.

What we supply
Steam generators from 6kW domestic to 30kW+ commercial, steam heads and diffusers, purpose-made sealed glass doors with full perimeter seals, digital control panels and limiters, aromatherapy dosing pumps, chromotherapy LED systems, liquid waterproofing membranes, corner and joint tapes, linear drains and hair traps, water softeners for the generator feed.
The sizing calculation, included
Give us room dimensions and the intended tile finish and we return the generator rating in writing. Ceramic, large-format porcelain and natural stone need materially different capacity for the same room volume — stone can push a room two sizes up. This is the single most common specification error in the UAE market and it is entirely avoidable.
Waterproofing systems
We supply the membrane, tapes and detailing components as a package with the installation sequence written out. Most steam room failures we are called to are tanking failures at a corner, threshold or penetration, not equipment faults, so getting the right system to site with the right instructions matters more than the generator does.
Water treatment, which nobody orders and everybody needs
UAE mains water scales a generating element fast. A softener on the generator feed costs a small fraction of a replacement unit and roughly doubles its life. We include it as a line on every quote — decline it if you want, but you will have been told.

Leak liability is the honest reason most clients move from supply to turnkey. A steam room that leaks into the room behind it costs far more than the price difference between the two routes.
Questions we get asked most
What size steam generator should I order?
Send room dimensions and the tile finish and we will calculate it in writing. Volume matters, not floor area, and stone finishes need considerably more capacity than ceramic for the same room.
Do you supply waterproofing materials too?
Yes — membrane, corner and joint tapes, and the detailing components, supplied as a package with the installation sequence written out. Most steam room failures are tanking failures, not equipment failures.
Can I buy a replacement generator only?
Yes. Send a photo of the existing unit's rating plate and the room dimensions. We will confirm what fits and also tell you whether the original was sized correctly, which is worth knowing before you buy the same size again.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes, for contractors, developers and fit-out companies, with volume terms on repeat orders.
Why do you push water softeners?
Because UAE mains water scales a generating element within months, and a scaled element runs hot and fails early. A softener costs a fraction of a replacement generator and roughly doubles its service life.
Can you commission a room my contractor installed?
Yes, as a chargeable visit. We check the tanking detailing where visible, run the generator through a full cycle, verify the fall on the ceiling and flag anything wrong while correcting it is still cheap.
