Why we hold every trade under one contract

Almost every sauna and steam room we are called in to fix was built by capable people. The joinery is usually fine. The tiling is usually fine. What went wrong sat in the gaps between them — a vapour barrier stapled instead of taped because the joiner had not been told it mattered, an isolator nobody left space for, a ceiling poured flat because the tiler was never asked to form a fall.

That is why we do not subcontract the package. Carpentry, insulation, waterproofing, glass and electrical second fix are ours, which means when something needs correcting there is one company to call and nobody to point at.

What we build

Finnish saunas, infrared cabins, tanked steam rooms, steam showers, Turkish hammams, Moroccan bath rooms, cold plunge pools and hot tubs — for villas, apartments, hotels, gyms, clinics and spas. We supply equipment to fit-out contractors as well, where the client already has someone on site.

How we quote

A free site survey, within about 48 hours of your message. We measure the room, check the drainage, and open your distribution board to see what spare capacity exists rather than assuming. You then get a written specification and a fixed price. It moves only if you change the scope, or if something genuinely unforeseeable turns up behind a wall — and then only with a written variation priced before any further work.

Prices published, on purpose

Almost nobody in this market publishes a number, which makes it impossible for a homeowner to budget or to tell whether a quote is reasonable. Every service page on this site carries installed price bands. They are ranges rather than fixed figures because room size and condition genuinely change the answer, but they are real ranges from real jobs.

After handover

Saunas need an annual service and steam generators need descaling every six months — the latter is not a sales line, it is what UAE mains water does to a heating element. We service rooms regardless of who installed them, including several built by companies no longer trading, and we hold parts for the five heater brands we fit.
