Sauna room supplier in Dubai
If you already have a fit-out contractor and you need the sauna itself supplied — cabin, cladding, benches, heater, glass and controls delivered to site — this is the route. You handle the installation, we handle the specification and the goods.
Supply-only works well when the contractor is competent with timber and electrics but has never built a sauna. What they usually get wrong without help is heater sizing, vapour barrier detailing and bench timber selection, so every supply order includes a written specification covering all three rather than just a delivery note.
How it works
What we supply
Complete modular cabins, or components: pre-cut Nordic spruce, hemlock and thermowood cladding, knot-free abachi and aspen bench timber, insulation and foil vapour barrier, toughened glass doors and panels, Harvia, Tylö, Sawo, EOS and Helo heaters, control panels and limiters, peridotite and olivine stones, lighting, hygrometers, buckets and ladles.
What comes with the order
A sizing calculation for the heater against your actual room volume and glass area, a wall build-up drawing showing the barrier detail, the electrical requirement in writing, and a cutting list. We would rather spend an hour on that than be called in six months later to diagnose a cabin that never reaches temperature.
Lead times and stock
Heaters and stones are usually in stock or two weeks out. Cladding and bench timber run two to four weeks depending on species. Complete modular cabins are three to five weeks including shipping. Toughened glass is made to order at two to three weeks. We will confirm against your programme before you commit.
Trade terms
Contractors, developers and fit-out companies buy on trade terms with volume pricing on repeat orders. We supply to companies working across all seven emirates, and delivery outside Dubai is charged at cost rather than marked up.

Roughly a third of the supply orders we take end up converting to turnkey once the contractor sees the barrier detailing. There is no penalty for switching — the goods are the same, we simply add the labour.
Questions we get asked most
Do you supply without installing?
Yes. Supply-only is a substantial part of our business, mostly to fit-out contractors and developers. You get the goods plus a written specification covering heater sizing, wall build-up and electrical requirement.
Can I buy just a heater or just the timber?
Yes. We supply individual components as well as complete cabins — heaters, stones, glass, bench timber, controls. Tell us the cabin dimensions and we will confirm the heater size before you order.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes, for contractors, developers and fit-out companies, with volume pricing on repeat orders. Delivery outside Dubai is passed on at cost.
What if my contractor gets the installation wrong?
We will attend and put it right, chargeable as a separate job. Better still, book a commissioning visit at the end of the install — we run the heat test, check the ventilation and flag anything wrong while it is still cheap to correct.
Can you supply to other emirates?
Yes, all seven. Delivery is at cost. For larger orders outside Dubai we can usually programme delivery around your site sequence rather than dropping everything at once.
What are the lead times?
Heaters and stones are usually in stock to two weeks. Timber runs two to four weeks. Complete modular cabins are three to five weeks. Toughened glass is two to three weeks made to order.
